Black Apron Chefs is an idea that was birthed by the harsh economic times brought by the Worldwide COVID-19 pandemic. With retrenchment and salary reductions and the rise of cost of living, Our founders, both young enthusiastic chefs decided to work on self-employment and still do what they treasured. Serving people amazing food in the comfort of their own homes... Getting 5-star kind of service without the risk of contracting the virus. It is also a platform to help more chefs become independent without the cliché of having to work for Hotels or restaurants as a source of income. But all in all it's about passion for hospitality and revolutionizing it to fit our current world.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and restaurant management and 4 years experience as a chef in 5 star hotels both locally and internationally, he is definitely a master of his craft. He is a master of both local comfort foods and international cuisines making him a doubled edged sword in the culinary world. He was ranked 1st runners up in the young chefs category in the 2020 Emirates Culiniare Expo in Sharjah thus trusting him with your taste buds is an absolute must.

After graduating from the Top Chef Culinary Institute, he worked his way around the kitchen in various luxury hotels. Chef Kiai is out to dazzle you with tantalizing and exciting dishes. Cooked with fire and passion, you are bound to love the way he moves around the kitchen with the need for perfection.
